Tate Siemer is the visionary and CEO of GreenLight Equity Group, which currently owns apartment communities in Oklahoma City and Columbus.

Tate’s has a passion for finding “unicorn” opportunities to acquire, improve and operate apartment communities in such a way that maximizes well-being and highest interests of the communities’ residents and Greenlight’s passive investors. He is also the creator and host of “The Apartment Gurus Podcast”, a deep-dive, interview-based forum designed to serve the real estate investor community.
